Grossmont Adult Education

The community special interest program is self-supporting; and does not receive State funding. Student enrollment fees cover all direct costs associated with the program. Since its' inception in 1995, the classes have been well received by the community. In our inaugural year, fifty one classes served 1,070 students in the regular program. One year later, our Super Saturday program started. During the 2008-2009 school year 3,630 students enjoyed classes in our regular and Super Saturday programs, an additional 556 students took a variety of classes online.

Classes offered have included Western Swing Dance, Watercolor Painting, Cake Decorating, Line Dancing, Golf, Guitar, Jewelry Making, and many more fun classes exist throughout the year.
